The question "how do adults learn?" makes me nerdy-curious. Because of this, I prefer to work on the front edge of learning neuroscience, social science, and diversity and equity practices.

Most specifically, I see how learning design has not historically considered learners from all backgrounds. My vision is to change this.

My research on how learning design impact the learner experience has been published in peer-reviewed journals and industry publications.
